Stylish key item - Sleveless Scubablazer

A very quick delivery of a key item for my wardrobe. A lovely, stylish long black sleveless Scubablazer. I can strongly recommend this as a good buy.

Poor quality

Unfortunately the trousers I bought are of very poor quality. There are already holes in the fabric, although I've only worn the pants twice. Won‘t order again at Long Tall Sally.

Gorgeous dressing gown

Gorgeous, snuggly grey dressing gown ready for the winter (and no central heating on!). True to size and just grazing the ankle for my 6’ tall daughter. The website was easy to navigate and the order arrived very quickly. Happy customer! Thank you.

Canadian Buyers Beware!

I have been a LTS customer since 1996 when the physical store was in Calgary's Eaton Centre & it was called Tall Girls. I loved it! Now 26 years later, I am done with this business. I ordered 3 items online in May. One item did not fit & I returned it. I did not pay the extra for tracking because it would have cost almost the same amount as the item. Well, it is the middle of September now & I still do not have the money refunded to my VISA. It has been an absolute run around with LTS. I got an email saying it was returned at the end of July & money would take 7 days to show up on my VISA. Now this morning another email saying they have not received it. I will not be buying from LTS again. I have found a few North American places that I would rather spend my money at. Do not waste your time with this company. They DO NOT care about their customers at all.

The clothes were awful

The clothes were awful. No tailoring. Nasty material. More like leggings than trousers. Not okay to wear in most formal settings.

Prompt delivery to my selected…

Prompt delivery to my selected parcelshop, items were well packaged. Items didn't fit so returned them, but that's not the fault of LTS. Easy returns procedure and straightforward with a prompt refund. Happy to recommend LTS.

Horrible returns process-waiting on refunds 2 months later

Horrible returns process under the new ownership. I have placed two orders in recent months and made partial returns on both orders. It has been TWO MONTHS since I made the first return (on my July 2, 2022 order) and three weeks since I made the second return (on an Aug 6, 2022 order) and still no refund. I reached out via online chat and was told I would be refunded the June order within 5-7 business days. That was 3+ weeks ago. I submitted refund requests via the "Contact Us" portal...we will see how long it takes to get a response - and how long it takes to receive the corresponding refunds!

Improving but could do better

When the new owners took over from the original LTS I was less than impressed but things are beginning to look better. I would just like a little more originality, style and class, currently it is a bit old style M&S for tall folk. My size in jeans/jeggings 16 36" leg are frequently sold out in various shades of denim blue which is a bit sad. The nightwear could do with a bit more chutzpah. The delivery is better than previously and when I returned something the refund came quicker than I anticipated. If things continue to improve I think the new LTS may well outshine the old one with its dodgy sizing and poorly attached buttons. Looking very promising!

Let down by Yodel

Loved the look of the shoes I ordered just a shame you use Yodel who managed to lose the pacage, but kept telling me I could change the delivery date. Took an email to LTS to discover the issue. LTS support was fast and efficient; thankyou.

Delivery problems- very disappointed!

After Yodel courier service seemed to lose both my parcels ( initial order from LTS and their replacement order- which they had kindly sent as ‘next day delivery’) - yes LTS refunded me - however- where does that leave me? Still no explanation about what happened to BOTH parcels which mysteriously disappeared/ never arrived- AND - I am left in a situation where I don’t have the goods I really wanted. Do I really order for a third time after all this and trust it won’t happen again when there is no explanation/reason given for the problem? LTS were quick to refund- which was excellent- but I would have appreciated being told what the problem was. It just leaves me unable to trust their goods will get to me and so I dare not order for a third time, they are unable to give me any reassurances. This really seems to be something they need to sort out with their chosen courier service.
